We visited Andrew’s again today and had a wonderful experience. It was a really busy day with students getting new rentals and upgrading to bigger sized instruments for the new school year. Despite the extra busy day they took plenty of time to help my son pick the best instrument for him. We will continue to go to Andrew’s and recommend them to our friends and family.

Andrew and his staff were helpful and kind. The thing that stands out most about Andrew is how he does not apply pressure to a sale. He seems more interested in the client getting the right instrument, and not rushing through the process. More than once he said to me, “make sure you love the cello, this is your partner. If you don’t love it, it’s not the right cello.” That type of support is rare, and makes the process of finding an instrument less stressful and more enjoyable.

We just purchased a viola for our 6th child at this shop. Some of our kids have stuck with it and we upgraded them towards the end of HS to a nicer instrument. Some haven't, but the instruments held value. Over the long haul, Andrew's FV takes good care of their clients with excellent instruments and service. Six thumbs up. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
