I brought in my nyckelharpa, a Swedish 13 string folk instrument, due to some string and tuning problems. The staff had never seen this type of instrument, and had no experience with it. Nathan cheerfully accepted the challenge, and spent time thoughtfully and skillfully problem solving. He was inventive, and I left greatly relieved and happy to have some new strings (he successfully experimented with a guitar string) and the correct tuning.
