Fantastic support!! Bass needed strings and Tracy recommended some which were installed. She recommended a bow which I purchased. Found seams separating so repairs on-going. This place was recommended by a professional bassist and I can see why. Will always have my future business.

We had a great experience here choosing my son's viola upgrade. We were given plenty of time and space, got help with questions, and had lots of options within our price range. My son is thrilled with the results and I am excited to hear the results!

It was time to upgrade my son's viola to make the best of his high school experience, and his private teacher suggested we go to Andrew's. I am so glad we did! Using the online appointment system made it so we were able to arrive and start trying violas if the right size in our price range right away. Andrew was very conscientious of our price range and was extremely patient with our long process while trying the instruments. He gave us a variety of options, answered questions, and helped us make the best choice for us. My son is so excited with the results, and I am so excited to hear the results!
